Understanding you and your needs provides the foundation. Need room for 55 pairs of shoes and 77 ties, seasonal wardrobe rotation and…? Taking precise stock of your inventory is essential.
The Creative Closets® unique preference analysis process lets us accurately determine how much and what kind of space you need. For example:
i. Short, medium and long hanging space;
ii. Shirts hung, boxed or folded;
iii. Ties and belts hung or rolled;
iv. Shoe shelves slanted or straight;
v. Other considerations – user attributes (e.g. height) and other needs and desires (e.g., cubbies; dust prevention; etc.)

i. To begin, schedule your complimentary consultation. During this visit to your home or office, we’ll take stock of your wants and needs and let you know how we can help.
ii. Then, come in and visit our classic design studio and showroom. This will help you see the possibilities and understand the different options. If your schedule doesn’t match our normal showroom hours, just give us a call and we’ll make an appointment to meet with you at the showroom when it’s mutually convenient,
iii. Next, our design team creates a detailed graphic display of your exact solution.
iv. Finally, we take the time to sit down with you to review and explain the solution, answering any questions you have. We want to make sure you understand the storage solution and the process for completing it.

Here’s what that means. When we make appointments, we confirm them 24-48 hours in advance and then, keep them.
Return phone calls? Absolutely. Our personal discipline, along with a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system enables us to get back to you within 8 to 12 business hours – every time.
Every call and message is logged in and time stamped. As we work with you, throughout the project, our CRM system let’s us capture your calls, questions, specifications and concerns, and relate them to you and your project in an interactive-forum (or “blog-type”) environment. This electronic capture gives us searchable retrieval so we can stay on top of your project - respond quickly and complete your project on time the way you want it.
Best of all, you know when we’ll begin the project and how long we’ll be in your space. No interruptions – when we start installation, we stay on the job and finish. We don’t walk away and leave you upside down while we get a few more projects started. (Should we also mention… our installers wear booties on-site and don’t leave behind a construction mess?)
