Closet Installation Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
CLOSET INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Our Closet Technicians hold one of the most important positions at Creative Closets®, Ltd. The Closet Technicians physically constructs the organizational systems, which help to organize the lives of our clients. Closet Technicians are ambassadors for our company, they meet with clients in their homes and businesses representing Creative Closets®, Ltd. in everything they do both on and off the job. You will be driving our mobile billboards so professional behavior is important both on the job site and on the road. A Closet Technician must be neat and well kept and very friendly.

Our job is not complete until we have exceeded our clients’ expectations.

The responsibilities include:

- Load vehicle with tools, safety kit, materials.
- Help pull materials from inventory
- Unload truck at job-site and prepare to install job.
- Installation including, but not limited to:

  a. Placing materials in job-site.
b. Preparing surfaces for installation.
c. Installing materials in a workman like manner.
d. Keep track of time and materials and complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Drive company owned van/truck to/from job sites or to/from vendor sites to deliver/pick-up materials.
- Attend periodic staff meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Special Conditions:

- Some lifting, not to exceed 75 lbs.
- Need own safety equipment including steel toe shoes (or equivalent), safety glasses, hearing protection, & etc.
- Must follow safety rules.
- Need own tools.

  Payment plan available

- Some carpentry experience required
- Company dress code must be followed.
- Driver’s license required with good and insurable driving record

Work Hours: F/T. Typically eight hours per day. Crew members must be ready to work at 7AM.

Pay: $8+/hr, Additional commensurate with experience
