JOB DESCRIPTION
DESIGN CONSULTANT

The Design Consultant is the person within our company that our clients become closest with. They must always represent the principles of trust, functionality and creativity that Creative Closets®, Ltd. is built on. He/she is a sales person and as such must be knowledgeable in all that Creative Closets®, Ltd. can offer.

Our job is not complete until we have exceeded our clients’ expectations.

The responsibilities include:

- Satisfying customer’s needs and desires as quickly as possible
- Adhering to all of Creative Closets®, Ltd’s. policies and procedures
- Returning all phone calls within 24 hours
- Following all company policies and procedures and filing all necessary paperwork
- Creating designs, reading blueprints, and measuring houses
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all products we offer and how they are installed
- Keeping own job description up to date
- Fulfilling other miscellaneous responsibilities that come up
